Can I pack my own china and glass?
Yes, you're welcome to pack fragile items yourself. Just know that self-packed fragile items aren't covered under our insurance, so if you'd like full protection, our team is happy to pack those pieces for you.
Do you offer full packing or just partial?
We can pack your entire home or just the rooms and items you'd rather not handle yourself. Tell us what you need and we'll build a plan around it.
Can I leave clothes inside my dresser or furniture?
Soft items like folded clothing are fine to leave in furniture. Heavier or breakable items should be packed separately.
What won't you pack or move?
We don't pack or move food, hazardous materials, or weapons.
Do I need to book a full move to get packing help?
Packing is available as part of your move. If you just need materials without the labor, we also deliver boxes and supplies on their own.
How far ahead should I book packing?
The sooner the better, especially during busy moving season. Request a quote and we'll help you find a date that works.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're fully insured, including auto, general liability, workers' compensation, and cargo coverage, USDOT 4352561, MC-1702060.
